Wastewater Treatment Submersible Dirty Water Pump Submersible Sludge Pump
Product Characteristic
1. Uniquedouble vane impeller and double runer impeller leaves
stadle running, a good flow-passing capacity and safety without
block-up
2. Both pump and motor are coaxial and directly driven. As an
electromechanically integrated product, it is compact in structure,
stable in performance and low in noise, more portable and
applicable.
3. Two ways of the single end-face mechanical seal special for
submersible pumps makes the shaft seal more reliable and the
duration longer
4. Inside of the motor there are oil and water probes etc.multiple
protectors, offering the motor wit asafer movement.
5. Self-washing and mixing function. This function is subject to
the contract. The lower part of the pump body is provided with
multiple backwash holes. When the pump is running, part of the
high-pressure water in the pump body rushes to the bottom of the
sewage tank in a divergent manner through the backwash holes, and
its strong impulse washes up and stirs a larger range of sediments
and is pumped Drain after inhalation.

Product Application
1. Residential and Commercial Buildings: Submersible sewage pumps are commonly used in residential and commercial buildings to transport sewage from toilets, sinks, showers, and other plumbing fixtures to the main sewage system or septic tank.
2. Municipal Sewage Systems: These pumps play a crucial role in municipal sewage systems by transferring sewage from residential areas, commercial zones, and industrial facilities to wastewater treatment plants. They help maintain the flow of sewage through the system, preventing backups and ensuring proper waste management.
3. Industrial Applications: Various industrial facilities generate wastewater with high levels of contaminants, solids, and chemicals. Submersible sewage pumps are employed to handle these challenging wastewater streams, pumping them to specialized treatment or disposal systems.
4. Wastewater Treatment Plants: Submersible sewage pumps are
utilized extensively in wastewater treatment plants to transport
raw sewage or influent from the initial stages of treatment, such
as screening and grit removal, to subsequent treatment processes
like sedimentation tanks, aeration basins, and digesters.
5. Pump Stations: Pump stations are intermediate points in sewer networks where sewage is collected and pumped to higher elevations, such as uphill areas or treatment plants. Submersible sewage pumps are often installed in these pump stations to lift the sewage and maintain the required flow.
6. Basement and Below-Grade Areas: In buildings with below-grade spaces, such as basements, submersible sewage pumps are used to remove wastewater and sewage that cannot be gravity-fed to the main sewage line or septic tank. These pumps help prevent flooding and maintain a sanitary environment.
7. Remote or Difficult-to-Access Locations: Submersible sewage pumps are ideal for remote locations or areas that are challenging to access. These pumps can be submerged in pits or basins and operate without the need for frequent maintenance or monitoring.
