Description:
Automatic bottle liquid filling machine
The machine is mainly applied to fill non-gas beverage which integrating with washing, filling and capping. It is suitable for polyester bottle and plastic bottle with all volumes and shapes. It is designed more compact and stable of controlling system, easy to operate and high automatically.
Characteristics:
1. All parts which may touch with water are made by SUS304 which is
anti-corrosive and easy to clean.
2. The machine operates easily with advantage of compact structure,
perfect control system and high level of automation.
3. By adopting bottle neck clamping and suspending technology, it
is convenient to change different bottles.
4. Using high accuracy and speed filling valve. Liquid level is
more accurate without water loss, ensuring the volume of filling.
5. Using magnetic torque device, ensuring the capping effect and
protect the caps.
Specifications:
The machine is mainly applied for filling of water and juice.
Integrating with bottles washing, filling and capping, it realizes
full automation in the whole process, suitable for PET bottles
filling of mineral water,pure water and hot filling for juice. The
bottle types applicable for various parts are easily, conveniently
and rapidly adjustable. It adopts new micro-negative pressure
filling, stable and reliable. It adopts bottle neck hanging
Technology, no need to change any parts when change the bottle if
the diameter of the bottle mouth is same. The machine adopts
advanced PLC control system. The input bottle adopts air conveyor
device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed chain plate
conveyor, which combines with the transducer of the host machine
making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. The
photoelectrical inspection of the running condition of various
parts makes a higher automation and convenient operation. It is the
ideal first-choice equipment of beverage manufacturers.
