Product Description

Quartz Sand Filter Housing

Chinwater is skillful in design and manufacture of types of quartz sand filters, carbon steel quartz sand filter, FRP quartz sand filter, shallow sand filter, bypass sand filter; Capacity ranging from 0.5 ~ 80m³/h (500LPH to 80TPH). Inlet diameter DN50 to
DN250, flange connection, with backwash plumbing.

Quartz sand filter uses quartz sand as a filtration medium, at a certain pressure. When the higher turbidity of the water pass through quartz, it can retain remove suspended solids, organic matter, colloidal particles, microorganisms, chlorine, odor and
some heavy metal ions effectively.

Chinwater’s QSF-CS Series Quartz Sand Filter is consisting of carbon steel tank, pump, quartz sand (optional), upper and lower water distributor, control panel, pipe, valves, gauges and other accessories.

Quartz sand could be filled in tank before shipment.

Over 25 m³/h, we suggest bulk cargo.
