Brief Introduction of QRDL Volute Screw press filter machine

QRDL Series Volute Screw press filter machine is designed and manufactured by Chinwater. It is a type of hi sludge dewatering machine feature by automatic control, higher efficiency, compact structure and energy-saving. The Screw Filter Press continuously condensate sludge and press water out, separating sludge from water. The leachate will be collected and return to the former process. Dried sludge is cake shape and water content is less than 80%.

Chinwater provides single shaft and multiple (2~4) shafts sludge dewatering screw press, capacity ranging from 5~480kg/h (absolutely dried sludge).
