ZGS series substation is American type combined substation with function of high voltage control, protect, power transformation and distribution. Usually used in urban and rural power distribution system .The high voltage load switch and high voltage fuse of this product are installed in the oil of the transformer, with the two structure: in same case with the transformer and in different case with transformer. It can be used in high-rise buildings, building in urban and rural areas, residential communities ,high-tech development areas, small and medium size factories, mining areas, oil fields, temporary construction sites, and other premises

Structure features of Prefabricated Electric Compact Transformer Substation (American Box Type Transformer)

1. The product contains transformer cubicle, HV cable outgoing cubicle and LV cubicle four parts.
2. The performance of transformer complies with the requirements for low loss energy-saving transformer.
3. HV side adopts terminal type load switch + fuse protection, fuse is full-range protection fuse.
4. Load switch and fuse shall be installed in transformer cubicle, use insulation liquid of transformer as insulation medium and radiation medium, which is of the advantages of compact structure and good radiation capability. Meanwhile they can put in the same compartment or in different ones.
5. Outgoing of HV side adopts structure of HV dry type bushing supporting copper bus to facilitate several cables to connect.
6. The outgoing of LV side can outgo directly or arrange LV outgoing scheme as per requirements of users.
7. The body is welded by steel plate, through anti-rust process, with beautiful appearance.
8. HV operation compartment and LV compartment are separated by compartment panel, the operative components in HV operation compartment include: load switch, transformer tap changer, protective fuse. The followings are installed in body: oil surface temperature meter, oil level guage, pressure relief valve, oil relief valve, oil sample valve, oiling plug, and all equipment in LV system as per user’s requirement.

1. Transformer shall conduct oil sample withstand voltage and medium loss test once a year.
2. When the oil level is too low, it shall be re-oiled, the plate No. of oil and the oil plate NO. in tank shall be the same.
3. The lightning arrester shall conduct precautionary test once every year near thunderstorm season.
4. After the fusion of fuse, it shall check the fault cause and change the fusing tube, the specification of fuse shall be chosen as per rules.
5. When change the fuse, it is necessary to open load switch of high voltage side and switch of low side.
6. When operate load switch live, to ensure safety, it is necessary to use operating rod.
7. Product is attached with packing list, qualified certificate, Ex-work test report, installation and use introduction, electrical apparatus principle drawing and secondary wiring diagram as well as keys and other spare parts as per agreement.
