Temperature controlling system consists of temperature controller and PT100 temperature measuring component, which are installed in the hottest point of the coils for realizing the temperature measuring and controlling of transformer. It can switch on/off the cooling fan according to temperature change of coils. While the temperature rises up to a certain value, it will send out an alarm signal. PT100 temperature sensor is a measuring component of temperature controlling system. While temperature changes, the resistor of sensor will follow the changes, then the micro processing system of controller measures temperature of coils according to the change value of resistor. If sensor has wire-breaking trouble , temperature controller will send out fault signals of sensor. Temperature controlling system can directly indicate temperature of three-phase coils of transformer during running and it can realize the connection with computer, to realize collective control. Normally, temperature-controlling system is installed in transformer directly. And it can also be installed in duty office as requested.

This product adopts standards of GB1094, GB1094.11-2007, GB/T10228-2008 and it satisfies

standards of DIN42523, IEC726. Routine test, type test and special test are all according to standards of GB1094.11-2007, GB/T 10228-2008,and Noise-level test, which is specially arranged as routine test item.
