The manufacturing processes of heat exchanger plates mainly include the following:

 

1. Stamping process: Stamping equipment is used to punch the plate into plates of the required shape and size. This process is simple, efficient and suitable for mass production.

 

2. Cutting process: Use cutting equipment to cut the panels into panels of the desired shape and size. The cutting process is suitable for a variety of materials and panel thicknesses.

  • Some have thicker plates (for high pressure applications)
  • Some PHEs have 0.4 mm (low pressure operation)
  • Hastelloy C-276 (nickel alloy) typically 0.6 mm
