Introduction

age Pu screen mesh vibration dewatering shaker classifier has a wide variety of application including dewatering, desliming, degritting, rinsing, scrubbing and washing. It is made up of screen cloth, vibration exciter, supporting system and motor. Materials such as sand, gravel, crushed aggregates, sand, industrial sands, mineral sands, hard rock, precious metals, coal, iron ore, salt and other granular materials which can be processed by dewatering screens.

 

Working Principle and Application

The dewatering vibrating screen adopts seat or flange exciter, which is driven by two motors in the opposite direction and rotates synchronously. The self-synchronization technology is driven by two motors. The exciter is driven by a winding coupling. When the two groups of exciters rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting force produced by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor and is perpendicular to the axis of the motor. The two axes have an inclination to the screen surface. Under the action of the excitation force, the screen box moves in a reciprocating straight line. The material is thrown up and jumped forward in a straight line motion. At the same time, the V-shaped structure of the screen surface can achieve better dehydration effect.
