The Vacuum Molding Machine operates using a fast air extraction method during the vulcanization process. Here's how it works:
1. Initial Air Extraction: During the idle time of the vacuum pump, the machine starts extracting the air from the vacuum box. This process creates a low-pressure environment inside the box.
2. Connecting the Vacuum Hood: When the air in the vacuum hood needs to be evacuated, the machine connects the gas in the vacuum hood with the low-pressure environment inside the vacuum box.
3. Balancing Gas Pressure: By connecting the gas in the vacuum hood with the low-pressure environment inside the vacuum box, the gas pressure in both areas is balanced. This balance allows for rapid air evacuation from the vacuum hood.
4. Achieving Rapid Pumping: As a result of the balanced gas pressure, the vacuum pump can quickly and efficiently remove air from the vacuum hood, facilitating the vacuum molding process.
