Injection molding is to mix porcelain powder and organic binder,
then inject the porcelain material into the metal mold cavity at a
temperature of 130~300°C through an injection molding machine.
After cooling, the binder solidifies, and the blank can be taken
out for sintering. And take shape.
The injection molding method can mold products with complex shapes.
The accuracy of the blank size and the actual size after sintering
is high, and the dimensional tolerance is within 1%. Ceramic powder
injection molding is a new injection molding technology of ceramic
powder materials, which is used to manufacture ceramic parts with
complex appearance and high precision requirements.
