Description

The HVM series vertical mill is an efficient and energy-saving
advanced grinding equipment developed by Hefei Hengcheng after more
than 20 years of dedicated research and development, which
integrates crushing, drying, grinding, grading, and conveying. This
product solves the problems of low production, high energy
consumption, and high maintenance costs of ordinary industrial
milling machines. Its performance reaches the international
advanced level and can replace expensive imported vertical mills,
meeting the needs of large-scale, intelligent, and intensive
industrial milling.
Working principle:
The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the
reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding
disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the
grinding chamber from the inlet. Under the action of centrifugal
force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and
is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular
groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried up by
the high-speed airflow at the wind ring at the edge of the grinding
disc, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for
re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the
dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating
rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc for re
grinding, and the qualified fine powder is discharged with the
airflow, Collecting in the powder collection device is the product.
Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot
gases to achieve the required product moisture.
Limestone vertical mill Equipment structure and principle
The electric motor drives the reducer to rotate the grinding disc,
and the material is fed into the center of the rotating grinding
disc by the lock air feeding equipment. Under the action of
centrifugal force, the material enters the powder grinding track.
The grinding rod continuously rotates and presses iodine, causing
the material to be crushed by squeezing, grinding, and shearing. At
the same time, hot air is evenly sprayed upwards from the wind ring
surrounding the grinding disc at high speed. The ground material is
blown and dried, and enters the classifier with the wind. Qualified
fine powder passes smoothly and is collected by the dust collection
equipment to form the product. Unqualified coarse powder falls back
onto the grinding disc under the action of the classifier blades,
and is re ground with the newly fed material. This cycle completes
the entire grinding process.
Main unit sectional structure: Adopting standard modular design and manufacturing of pressure
device, as the mill capacity increases, the number of grinding
rollers will correspondingly increase, which can meet the
requirements of different materials, different product fineness and
output.

Advantages and characteristics
Grinding efficiency is high, energy consumption is low, and
compared to ball milling, energy consumption is 40-50% lower. It
has a large single machine production capacity and can utilize low
valley electricity.
High degree of automation
Adopting a PLC fully automatic control system and capable of remote
control, it is easy to operate, easy to maintain, and reduces labor
costs.
Stable product quality
The material stays in the grinding machine for a short time,
reducing repeated grinding. The product has a uniform particle
shape, narrow particle size distribution, good fluidity, strong
adaptability, and a very low iron content, high whiteness and
purity.
Low operation and maintenance costs
The grinding roller can be flipped out of the machine using a
hydraulic device, making maintenance operations convenient. The
grinding roller sleeve can be flipped over for use, extending the
service life of wear-resistant materials with low wear. The lining
plates of the grinding roller and grinding disc are made of special
materials, which have a long service life.
Low noise environmental protection
The entire system has low vibration and low noise. It adopts an
overall sealed negative pressure operation system, an air box pulse
dust removal system, and no dust overflow, basically achieving a
dust-free workshop.
Strong drying ability
Directly blowing hot air, the hot air comes into direct contact
with the material inside the mill, with strong drying ability. The
maximum moisture content of the feed can reach 15%, without the
need for an additional dryer, saving equipment investment and
energy consumption costs.
High reliability
Adopting a grinding roller limiting device to avoid severe
vibration caused by material breakage in the mill, a new type of
grinding roller sealing device is adopted, which is reliable and
does not require a sealing fan, further reducing the oxygen content
in the mill and achieving excellent explosion suppression
performance.
Low comprehensive investment cost
Integrating crushing, drying, grinding, grading, and conveying, the
process flow is simple, the structural layout is compact, and the
land area is small, only 50% of that of ball milling. It can be
arranged outdoors, with low construction costs, directly reducing
investment costs.
