The vertical mill system consists of a host, feeder, classifier,
blower, pipeline device, storage hopper, electric control system,
collection system, etc. Design and manufacture a standardized
modular pressure device. As the production capacity of the vertical
mill increases, the number of grinding rollers of the vertical mill
can be correspondingly increased. A motor driven reducer can be
used to drive the grinding disc to rotate. The material moves
around the grinding disc under centrifugal force and enters between
the grinding rollers and the grinding disc. Under the pressure of
the grinding rollers, the material is crushed due to compression,
grinding, and shear forces, The ground powder is blown by the
airflow of the blower to the classifier above the main machine for
screening. Those particles that are too coarse still fall into the
main machine for re grinding, while those that meet the
specifications of fineness flow into the pulse dust collector with
the wind. After collection, they are discharged through the powder
outlet pipe to form the finished product. The purified airflow
flows into the blower through the pipeline on the pulse collector
and is discharged into the atmosphere.
