1. X-axis and z-axis adopt Taiwan precise linear guide rail from, and the running speed is 20M/min.
2. Screw pitch error is compensated by laser interferometer, which can improves the machining accuracy.
3. Equipped with high speed spindle, with high precision, smooth
operation and other characteristics.
Optional hydraulic chuck and elastic chuck, can effectively save the workpiece clamping time.
4. Suitable for processing the inner and outer surfaces of shaft
parts, threads, arcs, cones and rotations.

6) Their bedways are hardened by the hyper acoustic quenching method and finish ground, thus assuring
high working accuracy for the machines. Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a Siemens
CNC system or a Fanuc system or GSK system . The machine can be arranged with a pneumatic chuck,
a hydraulic chuck or any other options as is required by the user.
