Working Principle and Characteristics of Roller Press
1. Roller press follows material layer grinding principle.Material is fed in between two opposite rotating rollers and sent to the pressure zone by roller surface friction and material gravity. The size of particles reduce quickly by crushing and particles generate a large number of micro cracks.The material grindability is improved and grinding consumption is greatly reduced.
2. Advanced roller tier strucure and welding material technology increase the life time of the roller surfacing to a great extent, and reduces the operation cost to a great extent as well.
