S008 series partial-turn gear operators

S008 series valve gearbox
The series consists of 14 models, with gear ratios ranging from 43:1 to 3525:1, and torque ranging from 720NM to 150000NM.

-It is a right-angle rotary gearbox commonly used for manual installation, maintenance and operation of valves in pipelines.
-Optional IP65, IP67 and IP68 protection levels
-Optional housing material, including cast iron, ductile iron or even cast steel

Connect the bottom flange of the gear operator to the upper flange of the valve, and then connect the valve shaft to the hole on the worm gear. Tighten the two flanges with bolts. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and turn the handwheel counterclockwise to open the valve. The upper surface of the gear manipulator is equipped with position indicators and position marks, through which the position of the switch can be directly observed. The gear manipulator is also equipped with two mechanical limit screws, which can be adjusted for the position of the limit switch.
