37m 39m Concrete Delivery LHD-Drive Isuzu Chassis Schwing Pump Truck
The concrete pump truck can be divided into large concrete pump
truck and small concrete pump truck according to the length of arm
frame.
The concrete pump truck is modified on the chassis of the truck,
which is fitted with a motion and power transmission, a pumping and
stirring device, a cloth device and other auxiliary devices.
The driving force of the concrete pump truck transmits the power of
the engine to the hydraulic pump group or the rear axle through the
dynamic split box, and the hydraulic pump pushes the piston to
drive the concrete pump. Then the concrete is transported to a
certain height and distance by using the cloth rod and conveying
pipe on the pump.
In addition to driving the pump truck, the engine of the concrete
pump is also used to drive the pumping mechanism, the stirring
mechanism and the cloth mechanism.
The power of each working device of the concrete pump truck
originates from the automobile engine.
When the concrete pump truck works, the power of the automobile
engine passes through the gearbox to the compartment, then passes
through the transfer box to each hydraulic pump or the chassis rear
axle.
When the driver issued a switch to the pump position of the
instructions, pneumatic solenoid valve control on the transfer box
on the cylinder to promote the fork, fork and then push the
separation gear to switch to the pump position, while cutting the
power to the rear axle, so that the car in the state of the
vehicle. Conversely, switch to the driving position. Now the
control of the pump is basically realized by the remote controller.
