Coolant precautions
1. The river water contains a lot of calcium and other impurities, so if the machine uses the river water, the scale will adhere to the inner wall of the engine and radiator, which will lead to poor heat exchange and overheating.
2. The engine radiator of the new machine is equipped with the original antifreeze filled by the excavator manufacturer. This antifreeze can effectively prevent the cooling system from corrosion and can be used for two years or 4000 hours. Therefore, it can be used even in hot weather areas.
3. Antifreeze is flammable. Pay attention to fireworks.
4. The ratio of antifreeze to water should be determined according to the ambient temperature.
5. Wait for the engine to cool before adding coolant.
6. If the coolant level is low, the engine will overheat and the air in the coolant will corrode the cooling system.
