Can you have all ports plugged in at once?
Yes, all the ports can be used at the same time. Please have your adaptor plugged in if try it with high powered devices. E.g. Hard driver. he current required by hard drive, especially mechanical Hard Drive (Hard Disk Drive, DVD), can be very high. Therefore, for a stable connection, please always connect the USB C Female Power Delivery Port to the power adapter of your laptop when a hard drive is connected to the Devices.

1, Please check to make sure that there is audio output function on
the monitor
