Principle: 
 

The working principle of ultrasonic metal welding is to use ultrasonic vibration to transfer to the metal joint, generating local frictional heat. The frictional heat between metal joints causes an increase in the surface temperature of the material. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the metal, it will melt and form a weld. The vibration frequency of ultrasonic waves is usually between 20 kHz and 60 kHz, and the appropriate frequency can be selected based on the required welding materials and applications.
