Endotoxin Filter for hemodialysis pure water equipment is controlled by microcomputer PLC and has functions such as power-on self-check, automatic protection for water shortage and power outage, and automatic protection for water and electricity overvoltage. The high water level/low water level of the water tank automatically stops to realize automatic online monitoring of water quality and flow. It also includes pressure and temperature alarm functions to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment operation.

3. Reverse osmosis host (using reverse osmosis membrane imported

4. The pretreatment part of the system with a capacity of more than
250 liters is changed from a 20-inch PVC filter to a fiberglass

7. Softening filter (equipped with automatic flushing device):
filter out calcium and magnesium plasma and reduce source water

blood standards and the national YY0572-2005 hemodialysis water
standards.

The effect of the hot water disinfection system is affected by the heating temperature and rate. If the requirements are not met, the disinfection effect will be reduced and the formed biofilm cannot be removed. Disinfection of dialysis water pipes is gradually moving toward hot water, which combines the advantages of hot water and chemical disinfection. A combination of monthly hot water disinfection and quarterly chemical disinfection is usually used to ensure sufficient killing of bacteria and endotoxins. Strictly detect peracetic acid residues in chemical disinfection and extend the flushing time after ensuring compliance with standards to minimize residues. The results of multiple water quality and microbiological tests within six months showed that the total number of bacteria and endotoxins were maintained at the lowest level.
