Product description:
This is custom style bearing, we provide CAD drawing confirmation on bearing size and technical mutrual confirmation.
Customer provide us basic size, usage condition, load, movement speed, we provide propotype bearing model and make drawing.
Material and grease type depends on cost of budget from buyer.
Material has China chrome steel in high temperatuer bearing, and Germany material specially use in high temperature conditon.
Tolerance and clearance included in the confirmation details for the custom bearing.

High precision bearing quality P0,P6,Grade available;
Tolerance as per China national standard,also comply with international standard;

II. High temperature bearing material introduction:
We use excellent special high temperatuer bearable steel,it is specially used for high temperature bearing, assembled with G10 Grade bearing steel balls.With strictly heat treatment our bearing hardness could reach to HRC60~62,to guarantee long work life. Our bearing grooves has been grinded and polished to guarantee the bearing movement in smooth. Our quality has been approved by China market overhead chain manufacturers.
Some customer require the high temperature 1000 degree, we could use Germany special customized steel.
III. Strict quality control:
a, ram material select and examine the qualified certification of material chemical components.
b, bearing components inspection by special tools. tolerance control to 0.001mm
c, finished product examinnation.

It is widely used in high temperature work condition: painting room, painting machines, high temperature electric motors,reducers.
