Description:
These buttons made by the coarse-grained cemented carbide, with properties of high hardness and good transverse-rupture strength, corrosion resistance, and resistance to acid and alkali, long service life, etc.
They are mainly classified as follows by usages:
the cutting tips for cold pavement milling-planing machine;
the cutting tips for rotary digging machinery;
the cutting tips for coal digging machine;
the cutting tips for roadway and tunnel boring machine;
the cutting tips for trench excavator, etc.
They are widely used for crushing or milling rocks, coals, etc.
Application:
They are used for percussion drilling and rotary prospecting bits to cut soft and medium-hard formations, and medium-hard drilling bits, they are also used for hardwood, non-ferrous metal, granite, and marble.

Production and test of Cemented carbide buttons:
1) Carbide Buttons would be prepared with the powder as each of our customer’s
requirements with our wet-grinding machine.
2) Before doing mass production, we do a trial pressing and
sintering. And after that, we will check the appearances and the
sizes of the samples with a micrometer to ensure the requirements
of the drawings can be met before batch production.
3) When doing the bulk production, we will press the raw materials
to sharpen blanks, and carbide buttons must be passed by
semifinished inspection.
4)After sintering blanks to finish (HIP), we will do the
inspection of the finished products to ensure the best quality and
production capacity.
