It removes out the oxygen that preserves the food to extend the shelf life of the product. Vacuum-sealed technology ensures that the meal's flavours and ingredients are captured at their freshest.

This machine is suitable for all kinds of food box packaging, automatic filling N2, sealing packaging, cutting, packaging finished products and other steps. It can be used for sealing packaging of composite packaging film, ordinary packaging film, anti-fog packaging film and other packaging films and boxes of different materials.

But if you don't want gas flush or vacuum funciton, we also can remove the MAP function, make it as just an automatic sealer machine.

1. Cutting attachment (trims seal edge up to 2mm).

2. Food grade SUS304 and corrosion resistant aluminum alloy mold, ensure the highest food hygiene standard.

3. Automatic thermostat controller, the temperature difference is stable between ±0.5 degree Celsius.

4. Using photoelectric cursor sensor, precise film sealing the containers, the food will not leak out.

5. Packaged food can be heated in microwave, but the film must be torn off a bit.
