Q2.How long I can get a sample?
A: For the one we already have,you can get a sample in 5 to 7 days by Air Express.
For those which have customized requirements,it will be 10-15 days.
Q3.Can you provide free sample?
A: We charge sample fee. However, if you have a large order, we will return part of money to you so the sample fee will be the same price as the price of the large order.
Q4.What types of packaging do you have?
A: Package could be varies due to production differentiation.Standard package include Giftbox, blister or Giftbox with inner blister ect.Customization package is welcome.
Q5.Logo printing is available?
A: As long as you meet our minimum 1/2K pairs orders,logo printing is available.
Q6.How long does it take to manufacture the product once an order has been placed?
A: It depends on the quantities of your order could be within 15 days,The average lead time is around 35 days.
Q7.How to place a step by step order?
A: Step1. Sample approval. Step2. Clients send 50% of deposit after receiving our PI. Step3. Clients approve the samples and get the testing report if necessary. Step4. Arrange the mass production. Step5. Arrange shipment. Step6. Supplier arranges necessary export and shipping documents and send to clients. Step7. Clients issue the balance payment before shipping. Step8. Offer the tracking number to clients after sending the goods out.
Q8.Afer-sales Service
A: 1 year warranty for all kinds of products; If you find any defective accessories first time,we will give you the new parts for free to replace in the next order.
