Description:
The wear-resistant (anti wear) hot pressed film has a top coating, a wear-resistant matte BOPP finish, and an additional matte appearance. The matte surface has a high dyne level for coatings, hot stamping, and UC ink. It avoids the slight scratches that typically occur on the surface of a matte laminated film.
At present, it has been widely used in the custom packaging industry, as well as various high-quality customized graphic solutions for high-end book covers, hardcover books, book covers, corporate brochures, product brands, and more. It is an ideal luxury packaging that is excellent for any product that requires high wear resistance to increase value in printing.
The 1-inch scratch resistant laminated film mini roll is designed for fast printing shops, with laminated printing and small laminating machines. Normal sizes include 300mm, 330mm, 360mm, 400mm, 420mm, etc.
People also refer to it as anti scratch film, scratch free film, scratch free film, anti scratch film, etc.
Application:
Why chooses NEI matt scuff resistant thermal lamination film?
1. It's best to deepen the color. After lamination, there is no significant change in color tone, and the dark color is enhanced.
2. Environmentally friendly.
3. Operational safety: The use of non solvent adhesives eliminates
fire hazards caused by the use and storage of flammable solvents.
4. Excellent performance: Compared with wet lamination, thermal
lamination improves the color saturation and brightness of printed
materials. Has strong powder absorption ability and adhesion. In
addition, it can effectively prevent foaming or separation from the
printed material during the lamination process. Due to its strong
adhesive ability and surface tension, it can be used in subsequent
processes, including spot UV, hot stamping, die-cutting,
indentation, and other processes.
5. Easy to operate: Once the required temperature and pressure are
reached, it can be easily operated. No other special techniques are
required.
6. High efficiency: No waste of film, no mixing of adhesive
solvents, no need for UV heating lamps (drying systems), greatly
reducing production and labor costs. Therefore, it also saves
production space.
7. Wide adaptability: widely applicable to different types of SMT
machines, including wet and dry SMT machines. If using a wet
laminating machine, only minor adjustments need to be made to the
machine.
Why chooses NEI?
1.Since 1995, NEI has had professional experience in the film industry, so we have good quality control and after-sales service to support you.
2. With 10 years of export experience, we have a good reputation in many countries, including South America, North America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and so on.
3. Compared to other hot pressed films, our EVA adhesive is 100% imported from South Korea, ensuring the adhesion of the film.
4. We can customize the size and thickness according to customer requirements. Tags can also be customized.
5. Rapid production and delivery.
6. A wide range of thermal lamination film and special films.
Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended to composite the NEI wear-resistant and heat resistant composite film under roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2. It is recommended that the printed surface be thoroughly dried before lamination and cooled thoroughly on one surface before laminating onto other surfaces. Not following these suggestions is likely to lead to premature stratification.
3. This film has an additional matte surface, so we recommend using cotton gloves or at least washing hands to handle it.
