Is there a difference between a universal wheel and a caster?
Casters are a general term, including movable casters and fixed casters. The movable caster is the
so-called universal wheel, and its structure allows 360-degree rotation; the fixed caster has no rotating
structure and cannot be rotated. These two kinds of casters are generally used in combination.
For example, the structure of the trolley is two fixed wheels at the front, and two movable casters
