Aseptic cold filling technology: It is a system that uses aseptic containers to fill and cap sterile products at room temperature in an aseptic environment. Kaiqisi PET bottle aseptic filling system is a comprehensive technology integrating microbial detection and control technology, aseptic isolation technology, computer detection and control technology, cleaning and sterilization system. It has a wide range of beverage product adaptability, and can guarantee the nutrition, color and taste of the product to the greatest extent, and the product does not need to add preservatives. The whole line equipment includes: pre-allocation system, aseptic cold filling host and its auxiliary equipment, sleeve/labeling machine, cartoning machine, palletizer, and PET capping liquid level spraying code detector, etc.
