Top Hold-down and bottom hold-down sucker rod pumps description
We manufacture all subsurface pumps covered by API Spec 11AX, including all barrel and plunger materials and surface finishes.
Insert pumps are installed by running in hole with the rod string. Once the pump reaches the desired pump depth, the hold down assembly seals with the tubing by seating into the hold down nipple. From there, your production fluids are effectively sealed from the reservoir fluid and pumping can begin. To remove the pump, simply pull the rod string out of hole.
The Sucker Rod Pumping System (SRP) is considered the most popular artificial lift method worldwide.
operating principle of rod pumps: If the pump appeared quality problem, need not put forward the tubing string, only need put the whole pump forward well through the sucker rod string together , operation is simple.

steel carbonitriding (B1), ordinary carbon steel carburizing (B2),
low alloy steel nitride (B5).
2. Plunger: 1045 steel spraying (B1), 1045 steel spraying (B2),
1045 steel chrome plating (A1), 1045 steel double chrome plating
(A2).
3. Valve ball and seat: stainless steel (A1), cobalt chromium (B2),
tungsten carbide (C1), nickel and carbon compounds (C2), titanium
carbide (C3).
Other accessories: plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless
steel, brass and other materials.
