Description

 

Nail head tube is also called nail ribbed tube. In the petrochemical industry, nail head pipe has a wide range of applications. Especially in the convection chamber of tubular heating furnace, in order to strengthen the heat transfer effect outside the tube, the heat transfer element often uses nail head tube. The nail head tube can improve the heat transfer coefficient of the flue gas side, the nail head tube area is 2 to 3 times that of the light tube, and the same heat intensity as radiation can be obtained under reasonable design due to the application of nail head tube. The company's nail head pipe equipment adopts resistance welding, the welding process adopts PLC program control, feed motor and indexing use servo motor, man-machine interface can set the number of nails, indexing parameters and compensation coefficient, according to the process requirements to ensure product quality and accuracy.

 

The nailhead tube (needle tube) enhanced heat exchange element is welded by a series of cylindrical shapes on the surface of the steel pipe by the needle tube automatic welding machine, which is characterized by :

1, square circular equipartition arrangement welding 2, hexagonal circular equipartition arrangement welding

 

Compared with the traditional needle tube manufacturing process, the square type and hexagonal needle tube strengthen the heat exchange element by welding once forming, changing the phenomenon of the welding needle falling off after the forced stretching molding of the tool after welding, making the welding of the needle more firm and the welding needle not easy to fall off. The welding needle, diameter, length, longitudinal spacing, the number of circumferential welding needles and the Angle of the welding needle are all factors that affect the heat transfer of the needle tube. Therefore, it must be considered comprehensively and systematically in order to have more practical application. The use of square and hexagonal circular equidivided arrangement of welded and needle tubes has a larger expansion surface, and the needle tube has a disturbing effect on the fluid, which can greatly improve the heat transfer coefficient, especially suitable for high-viscosity oil, heavy oil and other media to enhance heat transfer occasions.

3. The needle tube has compact structure, low metal consumption per unit heat exchange, small size and small footprint. The square-shaped and hexagonal needle tube heat transfer elements have the advantages of good heat transfer performance, less ash accumulation, small volume, etc., and have broad application prospects in heat transfer and energy saving projects.
