Introduction to T-type tread plate of anti-skid steel ladder
The step steel grating of this model is fixed by welding. The flat
steel is of tooth shaped anti-skid type. The center distance of the
load flat steel is 30mm. For the flat steel with this center
distance, the recommended step plate width is 125, 155, 185, 215,
245, 275 and 305 mm, and the center distance of the cross bar is
10cm. According to the cross-sectional area of the flat steel, the
recommended step plate length rules are as follows:
If the load flat steel section of the step plate is 25mm * 3mm, the
recommended step plate length is 550mm;
If the load flat steel section of the step plate is 25mm * 5mm, the
recommended step plate length is 900mm;
If the load flat steel section of the step plate is 32mm * 5mm, the
recommended step plate length is 1300mm;
If the load flat steel section of the step plate is 40mm * 5mm, the
recommended step plate length is 1600mm;
The allowable error of tread plate width is: - 3mm to 3mm, and the
allowable error of length is 0-3mm.
