Introduction
The full name of bearing steel is rolling bearing steel. It has
high compressive strength and anti-fatigue performance, high
hardness, high wear resistance and certain toughness, good
hardenability, and extremely strict control of sulfur and
phosphorus. It is a high-grade high-quality steel. Make cold work
mold steel. Specific gravity: 7.81.
GCr15SiMn bearing steel has higher wear resistance and
hardenability than GCr15, medium cold working plastic deformation,
poor weldability, sensitive to white spot formation, and temper
brittleness during heat treatment. Used to manufacture ferrules
with wall thickness> 12mm and outer diameter ≥ 250mm; steel
balls with a diameter of 50.8-203.2 and rollers with a diameter>
22mm; in addition, it can also be used as other mechanical parts
that require high hardness and high wear resistance, such as rolls.
