Description

GCr15 bearing steel is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content, good performance and the most versatile. After quenching and tempering, it has high hardness, uniformity, good wear resistance and high contact fatigue performance. The steel has the characteristics of moderate plasticity, low cutting performance, poor welding performance, high sensitivity to white spots and temper brittleness. GCr15 bearing steel, containing c0.95-1.05, Mn0.25-0.45, Si0.15-0.35.

Chrome steel balls demonstrate high hardness, resistance to deformation, and excellent wear characteristics. Chrome balls are manufactured from the highest quality chrome alloy steel and through-hardened for maximum strength and service life. Applications that are ideal for chrome balls include tumbling media, spray can agitation, ball bearings, drawer slides, writing instruments, vibratory finishing, linear motion components, check valves and locking mechanisms.

Details	Thrust ball bearing has a gasket-shape ring with a rolling ball groove which makes thrust ball bearings can bear thrust load on high speed rolling. As the gasket-shape ring lookes like cushion, thrust ball bearings are divided into flat cushion type and self-aligning spherical cushion type. In addition, according to the bearing force, thrust ball bearings are seperated into single direction thrust ball bearings and double direction thrust ball bearings. Thurst ball bearings could bear axial load only.
