LDY-type metallurgical electric single girder crane is a space transport tool used in conjunction with YHII electric hoist, the main role is to intermittent, periodic work mode, through the lifting hook or other pick-up devices in a timely and rapid manner to complete the metallurgical production process required to lift the transport of heavy displacement, is an important tool and equipment to improve labour productivity in modern industrial enterprises in metallurgical and foundry sites.

The structure of the single girder metallurgical crane consists of three main parts: the bridge, the metallurgical electric hoist and the electrical system. The bridge is used to support and move the load longitudinally and consists of a metal structure and a running mechanism. The metal structure includes the main beam, the end beam and the main and end beam connection. The running mechanism consists of four parts: drive unit, transmission unit, brake unit and wheel set. The electric metallurgical hoist carries the lifting and lateral movement loads. The electrical system consists of the main circuit and the control circuit.Contact us for more LDY details.

PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

1). Wheels, wire rope drum, gears, couplings are processed by CNC machine center, TOP quality control;
 2). Heavy duty slip ring motor, or Sq.cage motor with VVVF, IP54 or IP44, insulation class F or H, soft starting and smooth
 running.
 3). Siemens main electric parts are used for durable and safe operation

Main GirderStructure: Welding structure of steel plate and I-steel 
Technology: One-off forming U shaped groove.

End GirderThe end girder is connected with the main girder by dolts and nuts for easy transportation and installtion.
