Knitted Mesh,we also call it gas-liquid filter screen is a special type of woven wire mesh, mainly used in the manufacture of demister, oil-gas separator, engine muffler, mechanical damping and so on.
Material: PP / PE / PTFE / FEP / ETFE / PVDF.
Wire diameter: 0.011" round wire. Most common: 0.008" - 0.011".
Width: 6" - 58". Common width: 30 inch & 42 inch.
PP features: polypropylene referred to as PP
Features: non-toxic, odorless, low density, strength, stiffness,
hardness and heat resistance are better than low-pressure
polyethylene, can be used at about 100 degrees. It has good
electrical properties and high-frequency insulation, which is not
affected by humidity, but becomes brittle at low temperature, is
not wear-resistant, and is easy to age. Suitable for making general
mechanical parts, corrosion resistant parts and insulating parts.
Common acid and alkali organic solvents have little effect on it
and can be used in food utensils.
PE features: Polyethylene referred to as PE
Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing ethylene. Industrially, copolymers of ethylene and a small amount of an α-olefin are also included. Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (minimum use temperature can reach -100~-70 °C), good chemical stability, and can resist most acid and alkali corrosion (not resistant to oxidation) Nature of acid).
