1. Description:
Hex bolts has six sided headare the industry standard for fasteners with forged heads. Stainless steel Bolts as known as fully threaded tap bolts, come with a stem that is fully threaded from the base up to the head, and an underhead washers bearing surface. Different form a tapping screw, tap bolts are designed to be inserted through holes in assembled parts, sine these do not have their own mating internal threads and are tightened by torqueing the head.
Fully Threaded Tap Bolts that are either coarse or fine-threaded, in different lengths and diametersThe bolts have either cut or rolled screw threads that comply with the Unified system:UNC ( Unifield National Coarse ) and UNF ( Unifield National Fined). Fine threaded fasteners have more threads per inch than Couarse threaded fasteners because coarse threads are father apart. Hex bolts are not pointed whereas hex cap screws have a chamfered ( beveled ) point to protect the first thread from damage and to faciliate entry into an internally threaded part such as a nut or tapped hole.

traceability, dimensional
results, full chemical test results and full mechanical test
results to the specification(s) above.
3. Applications:
