Product Description

 

Having good resistance to corrosion and wear resistance, having an appropriate tensile and elongation. The less mesh, mesh larger, and water filtering performance is better. Widely used in medicine, food industry and filtered; clay, granule, powder screening; porcelain, glassware printing.High brass (70% copper, 30% zinc) wire and low brass (80% copper, 20% zinc) wire have much better abrasion resistance, better corrosion resistance and lower electrical conductivity when compared to copper wire.

These brass meshes are plain square weave (over one, under one). Brass is superior to copper wire mesh in abrasion resistance, tensile strength. Chemical composition: copper and zinc alloy (copper content is 60% to 70%.)Brass meshes are easily cut with hand tools. The heavy meshes from 2 mesh through 10 mesh is best cut with tin snips.Weaving methods: Plain weave, twill weave or Dutch weave.

Brass wire mesh is an alloy of copper and zinc, offers much better abrasion resistance, better corrosion resistance and lower electrical conductivity as compared with copper wire. Supplies woven wire mesh and wire cloth in brass from 1-200mesh, and phosphor bronze wire mesh from 1-500mesh. Width from 0.6m to 1.3m, length from 15m to 100m.
