Description:

The ultra-flexible KE-2060 can place a wide range of components from 0603 and ICs, to odd-form, all at a high rate of speed.

The best flexible placement system for high-density placements.

 

Features:

In addition to machine complex shapes corresponding to the opposite sex IC or components, it also has a small component of high-speed placement capacity.

12,500 CPH: chip(laser identification/ actual production efficiency)

• 1,850 CPH: IC(Image recognition/ actual production efficiency)

• 3,400 CPH: IC(Image recognition/ use MNVC)

• One multi-nozzle laser head(4 nozzles) plus one high resolution head(1 nozzle)
