INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use the splice cutting tool to accurately cut the carrier tapes. |
2. Place the splice tape (face down/Arrow>) on the alignment jig. |
3. Remove the release liner of the splice tape to reveal the adhesive side |
4. Place the cut carrier tapes (cover tape down) on the splice tape strip. |
5. Remove the joined carrier tapes from the alignment jig. |
6. Fold over the strips to the underside of the carrier tape and press firmly |
| 7. Remove and discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice. |
