1.How long is the vacuum cleaner working time at normal full
battery capacity?
It depend on different ground, wood floor, tile, marble ground
about 120 -160 minutes, short woollen carpet about 90 -120 minutes.
2.Can the machine clean the beneath of the furniture?
The machine can clean the beneath of the table, bed, other
furniture which feet higher than 10 cm.
3.Hong long is the battery's life?
Normally the battery capacity will no loss within 1000 times
recharge. The capacity will loss after
1000 times recharge but no influence to use.
4.How big area will be clean under auto cleaning mode?
About 120 -150 square meters.
5.What it will do when machine meet a obstacle?
Normally machine will turn back to schedule other cleaning route
when meet a obstacle.
6.Why the machine drop out rubbish when it is working?
please check if the dustbin is full and clean the dustbin in time.
please check if the main brush bind too much hair and to clean main
brush.
