Stainless steel center drive mud scraper sedimentation tank Peripheral drive sludge scraper
The load of the central drive mud scraper acts on the center of the
working bridge. The central drive mechanism drives the scraping and
collecting device to rotate. The directional scraper scrapes the
sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank into the central mud
collecting tank and discharges it from the sludge tank by
hydrostatic pressure. This machine is used for the amplitude flow
sedimentation tank with small diameter.
Working Principle
The raw water flows radially to the overflow tank around the pool
after being distributed by the central water distribution cylinder.
With the decrease of the flow rate, the suspended solids in the
water body are separated and settled at the bottom of the pool. The
sludge is scraped to the central sludge collection tank by the
scraper through the deceleration drive and the transmission of the
suspended components, and discharged out of the pool by the
hydrostatic force or pump.
