Product Information For Drying Rate Testing Device For Hair Dryer:

 

This test system is based on the requirements of the IEC61855 Figure 9 standard to test the air volume of the hair dryer.

The test system adopts PLC control, computer operation, equipment testing work is completed automatically, and the test data is recorded, saved, and automatically generates air flow reports. It has the characteristics of accurate data, good repeatability, high efficiency, and convenient data storage. The action mechanism is driven by servo motor + precision sliding table transmission to ensure stable operation and accurate displacement during the test process. The wind speed is measured by imported high-precision precision anemometer, and the test data is accurate. The test system is placed in the test room, and the operator can control it remotely without affecting the wind field.

 

Equipment Principle For Drying Rate Testing Device For Hair Dryer:

 

PLC control is used to drive the moving arm of the anemometer through the servo motor to test the wind speed of each point in the corresponding area of the hair dryer, then calculate the air volume of each point, and then sum the air volume of all points whose wind speed value is not less than 24m/min. Find the total air volume of the hair dryer.

Q total = total air volume

N=Number of squares whose measured wind speed is not less than 24m/min

Ui = wind speed at each measurement point

Equipment structure:

1. According to the standard diagram, arrange the hot wire anemometer along the Y-axis (the standard is the X-axis), with a spacing of 5mm, and arrange 21 pieces.

2. The moving arm is driven by a servo motor, which drives the hot-wire anemometer to move up and down automatically along the Z-axis (the standard picture is the Y-axis) (every movement is 5mm to collect wind speed values at each point).

3. The anemometer adopts a well-known brand.

4. The equipment can supply power to the sample.

5. With remote start function to prevent the operator from affecting the wind field.

6. The software is written according to the requirements of the standard test method, and can carry out running test and standby test. The reporting format reflects all standard required parameters.
