Hunan Huitong Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. is a legal project
established in accordance with the requirements of the National
Development Planning Commission Jigaoji (2001) No. 487 document. It
was incorporated in January 2002. In October 2006, the company
completed the shareholding system transformation and changed the
company into a joint stock company. At present, the company has a
registered capital of 62 million yuan and more than 300 employees.
It is registered in Yiyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone,
covering an area of more than 100 acres, with a branch in Changsha,
which located at Lugu National High-tech Development Zone, covering
an area of more than 100 acres. On November 16, 2015, the company
was successfully listed on the New Third Board. The stock is
referred to as Huitong Advanced Materials; the stock code is
833751.
The business scope covers the research and development of metal
fibers and products, electromagnetic shielding materials and other
advanced materials. In 2002, the company was awarded the “National
High-tech Industrialization Demonstration Project” and was
recognized as a high-tech enterprise in 2003. In December, it was
recognized as the first batch of high-tech enterprises in Hunan
Province.
The company has independent intellectual property rights in metal
fiber production. Currently, we have core technologies in products
such as metal fiber long-fiber, staple fiber, long-fiber twisted
thread, staple fiber blended spun yarn and conductive plastic
agglomerates. The unique production process has enabled the company
to be the first level of the world in technology and quality of
metal fiber production field.
