® T1501 is a super hydrophilic modified amino silicone oil modified
with specialty polyethers and quaternary ammonium salts, specially
designed
Provide instant hydrophilic properties and outstanding softness and
smoothness for all kinds of cotton fabrics
® T1501 can be used for:
Soft and smooth processing of various knitted cotton fabrics;
Soft, smooth and fluffy treatment of various towels and other
fabrics;
Soft and smooth processing of various woven cottons;

Instantly hydrophilic;
Gives super soft, fluffy plumpness to the fabric;
Does not contain harsh volatile solvents and is environmentally
friendly;
No yellowing;
No oil floating, no silicon spots, no sticking to rollers;
Acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, high
shear resistance;
Does not contain unfriendly chemical components such as alkyl
phenols;
Suitable for dipping, padding and spraying processes;

Mix together the polyether-modified aminosilicone ® T1501,
glacial acetic acid and surfactant, stir well
uniform;
Slowly add deionized water, and continuously stir to emulsify
until the emulsion becomes uniform and transparent in appearance
after the water is added, and finally add the preservative. The
emulsion is filtered to remove impurities or undissolved oils.

Padding process:
1). Add T1501, emulsifier and glacial acetic acid into the beaker,
stir evenly, slowly add the first part of deionized water,
until the mixture becomes a clear liquid;
2). Slowly add the second and third parts of deionized water,
dilute, filter, and finish.
2. Padding method (24% active content emulsion)
For the padding process, it is recommended to use 20g/L-40g/L,
padding at room temperature, and drying at 100-130℃;
3. Impregnation method (24% active content emulsion)
For the impregnation process, 2-4% of ® T1501 at 24% active content
based on fabric weight is recommended
Emulsion; Immersion time: 20-30min; Water temperature 45-55℃.
Storage & Packing:
Store in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, away from fire and
heat sources, and prohibit sunlight exposure or freezing. The
lighting, ventilation and other facilities in the warehouse should
use explosion-proof products, which should be stored in original
airtight containers under the conditions of +5℃-+30℃.
The standard validity period for ® T1501 is 12 months from the date
of manufacture (expiration date). The packaging is required to be
sealed and should be stored separately from oxidants, acids,
alkalis and edible chemical raw materials. Please refer to the
storage advice and expiration date on the packaging. Light loading
and unloading during handling to prevent damage to packaging and
containers. Transport as non-dangerous goods. After this date,
Bluestar Silicones will no longer guarantee that the product meets
the sales target.
