Medical Device Silicone Heaters
Silica gel heating sheet, namely silicon rubber heating sheet, also
known as silicone rubber heating gasket/electric film/electric
heating belt/electric heating sheet, oil drum heater/heating
belt/heating plate and so on, different names. It is composed of
two pieces of glass fiber cloth and two pieces of pressed silicone
rubber glass fiber cloth. Because it is a thin sheet product (the
standard thickness is 1.5mm), it has excellent flexibility and can
be completely close contact with the heated object. It is flexible,
easier to get close to the heating body, and the shape can be
designed to be heated as required, so that the heat can be
transferred to wherever it is needed. Common planar heating element
is mainly composed of carbon, while silica gel heater is composed
of arranged nickel alloy resistance lines, so it can be used
safely. The plane heater can be made into various shapes upon
request.
