Design principles
The dual-shaft shredder uses dual-shaft shredding technology to
powerfully tear waste copper wires, aluminum cans and other
materials into small particles that meet recycling standards.
The equipment is mainly composed of motor, reducer, shredding chamber, screening device, conveyor belt and other parts.
Driven by the motor, the reducer transmits power to the two shafts, so that the materials are subjected to uniform extrusion and shearing forces in the shredding chamber, thereby achieving efficient crushing.
