Packaging and Shipping of Mild Steel Coil:
Mild steel coils are packed in either cardboard boxes or wooden boxes. Cardboard boxes are best suited for smaller sizes and lighter weights. For larger and heavier coils, wooden boxes are more suitable. In both cases, the boxes should be lined with waterproof material and the coils should be separated from each other with plastic spacers. The box should also be clearly labeled with the product information.
