Meerkat composite screen is made of reinforced PP frame panel, one to three layers of stainless steel wire cloth is directly bonded into the panel by heat melting process. The wire cloth layer is properly tensioned and divided into small units, not only extend the screen life, but also increase the non blanked screen area, and also makes the screen repairable.
HC mesh has oblong opening, provides more open area and therefore more capacity, but it has a shorter screen life and lower separation efficiency.
