The perforated punch plate acts as the support structure for the wire cloth and is designed with a hexagonal pattern. This increases the non-blanketed surface area across the screening surface for fluid to pass thru. This pattern decreases the chances of screen blinding during operation and maximizes the amount of fluid passing thru the screen.
Elgin ESS-448AG shale shaker is equipped with KPT26 shaker screens, while the ESS48AG and ESS48STD are equipped with KPT28 shaker screens.
Our screens are designed to maximize solids removal capabilities while significantly reducing costs associated with drilling fluid and disposal.
