Shale Shaker Screen for Brandt VSM 300 Shaker Composite Screen
Composite screen mainly consists of composite frame and 2 or 3 layers stainless steel wire cloths. The wire cloth layers are heated and melt onto the frame, creating a proper wire cloth tension surface.
Composite shaker screens are the most rugged, long-lasting and efficient screens available. The new composite screens provide resistance to corrosive drilling fluids. The screens also offer significant fluid capacity, excellent resistance to blinding, drier solids discharge and a large net usable screen area.
Composite construction creates an ultra-tight seal between the screen and screen bed and eliminates solids buildup and costly solids bypass.
Various mesh opening combinations maintain the accurate cut point, improve drilling efficiency.
Rapid wedge tensioning devices make screen installation more convenient, and save the time of machine halt for changing.
