1: Description
NOV Brandt VSM 300 Scalping Shale Shaker Screen. The new and
improved DURAFLO composite replacement screen for the Brandt VSM
300 brand shaker uses a new frame design that is lighter and more
easily repaired and promotes longer screen life. It is easier to
remove than the original DURAFLO composite screens. DURAFLO
composite screens are available with TBC, Ultra Fine (XL), and XR
MESH.
DURAFLO composite screen technology effectively eliminates the
inherent performance-limiting problems of conventional metal
frames, including rusting, delamination and a heavier and reduced
processing area. DURAFLO composite screens have as much as twice
the functional life of screens mounted on metal and can handle
appreciably higher throughput capacity.

4: Advantages
Compared to the product with metal back, our composite material shaker screen has lighter weight. Furthermore, it can be repaired easily. Due to the patented plug-repair system, the time for repairing the damage of the screen mesh is reduced largely and it only needs less than two minutes. When repairing the damaged screen mesh, there is no need for removing the damaged mesh as well as the processes of cutting, gluing and bonding the mesh. Only with a special plug can the problem of repairing the damaged mesh be solved.

1) These products screen panels are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers with a steel backing plate and steel frame combined together.because of different mesh size and hole size,get an better filtering effect.
2) The bottom high strength steel frame,supporting bar with the moderate tension screen cloth,combined together, infinitely enhance the screen intensity and endurance, get an better fiteringeffective. Mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 325,specially customized.
